Academic History, Research & Awards (Maximum 200 words): I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering. I have over 10 years of academic experience in teaching and related academic activities. I have actively participated in faculty development programs and technical workshops to enhance my professional skills and subject knowledge. I successfully completed a two-week online Faculty Development Programme (FDP) conducted by IIT Kharagpur. Additionally, I attended a Solar Energy Workshop organized by MSME, focusing on renewable energy applications. I have also participated in several workshops conducted by my own institution as well as other colleges on various technical topics related to civil and structural engineering. These activities have contributed significantly to my continuous professional development and academic excellence.
