He completed his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, where he gained a solid foundation in electrical systems, machines, power systems, and electronics. Building on this undergraduate training, he pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Power Electronics, specializing in advanced power conversion techniques, power semiconductor devices, and energy-efficient electrical systems. With over 10 years of teaching experience, Kapil Padlak has been actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate engineering education. His teaching career reflects consistent engagement in delivering core and advanced subjects related to electrical engineering and power electronics, along with mentoring students in academic and practical domains.
